New Build MCM Style TV Console

This custom media console was designed and built from scratch for a client looking for a clean, modern piece with very specific sizing and storage requirements. 

The console features a stained red oak top and matching modern base paired with a painted cabinetry body and custom fluted door fronts. Adjustable interior shelving allows the piece to function as flexible media and game storage while maintaining a streamlined appearance.

For the finish, the cabinetry was painted in Restoration Bronze by Melange Paints. The red oak top and base were stained using Minwax Espresso layered with Varathane Black to create a rich, deep wood tone, then sealed with Minwax Fast Drying Oil Based Polyurethane in Satin for durability and protection. The piece was completed with champagne bronze hardware for a soft contrast against the darker cabinetry tones.
