Antique Glass Panel Interior Door

This antique interior door was restored and refinished for a custom client project. The door originally had multiple layers of lead-based paint that concealed many of its original details and character. After the paint was carefully removed, the door was thoroughly sanded and prepared for its new finish.

The original trim was removed, repaired, and reinstalled to create clean, crisp lines throughout the piece. Once the surface preparation was complete, the door was refinished in Benjamin Moore Command in the color Greek Villa by Sherwin-Williams with a satin finish. The durable coating provides a smooth, furniture-quality appearance while preserving the character of the antique door.

The result is a bright, timeless interior door that highlights the original glass panel and architectural details while giving the piece a fresh, updated look for modern living.
